COMPETENCES

General competences
Comprehension, knowledge of the concepts, base theories and methods of the electronics and telecommunications engineering domain (electronic devices, fundamental electronic circuits, signals, circuits analysis and synthesis, digital and analogue  integrated devices, coding theory, signal estimation etc.). The use of the basic knowledge to analyze electronic systems. Apply the base methods and principles of the domain (experiments, measurements, the analysis and design of the electronic devices) to solve engineering problems, typical for the main domain and for the connected domains too (industry, communications, medicine, environment, services etc.), with perspective to the high knowledge industry and communications. The elaboration of professional projects using fundamental principles and methods of the domain. Responsibility in professional duties execution and the abilities for the teamwork. P.C. operation capacity. The capacity to work in multidisciplinary teams.

Professional competences
The comprehension and the knowledge of the concepts, theories and methods specifically to the specialization area (industrial and medical electronics, microcontrollers and microprocessors, industrial processes software, sensors and transducers, communication systems, data acquisition, power electronics, television, robotics etc.). To use the base knowledge to explain specific concepts of the specialization domain. To apply fundamental principles and methods to solve problems specific to the specialization domain, relevant in the domains of the industrial electronics and communications. To elaborate professional projects using established  principles and methods from the specialization area.
